All orders are personalized and embroidered. Returns and exchanges are managed on a per-case basis. Should you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Most orders are fulfilled within 5-7 days

Hats are sent in boxes to prevent crushing and ensure wearability upon arrival.

All shipping includes tracking. For package insurance, consider upgrading shipping at checkout. Insurance protects against lost or damaged packages. USPS delivery confirmation indicates package receipt. Buyer must ensure correct address input. Shipping labels are generated based on provided addresses. Buyer covers reshipment costs for returned items.

Damages and issues
