Hats are sent in boxes to prevent crushing and ensure wearability upon arrival.
All shipping includes tracking. For package insurance, consider upgrading shipping at checkout. Insurance protects against lost or damaged packages. USPS delivery confirmation indicates package receipt. Buyer must ensure correct address input. Shipping labels are generated based on provided addresses. Buyer covers reshipment costs for returned items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of customized orders, we aren't able to make exchanges as orders are unique to each customers. We provide digital mock-up to ensure both parties are on the same page with final product. Please reach out if there are any concerns. As a company we want to ensure a smooth and fair experience.
